Taken in either a latte hot drink, in a smoothie or juice, or simply with water. Mix the powder till dissolved and drink.
Although some of these powders will have an immediate effect, others that are more nutritive and building in nature may take several weeks of continual use before best results are seen (much like a multi-vitamin).
